Process

    Challenge assumptions, interrogate the brief and look beyond the obvious.

  2. 02 Decode

    Read the project through people, place, climate, culture, programme and constraints.

  3. 03 Experiment

    Test ideas through sketches, models, materials and digital tools before settling on answers.

  4. 04 Refine

    Bring space, structure, services, materials, detailing and cost into one coherent system.

  5. 05 Realise

    Carry design through execution with consultants, craftsmen and site teams to protect the original intent.

About the studio

  1. Integrated architectural and interior design, from concept and planning through detailing, documentation and execution.

  2. Larger-scale planning strategies integrating built form, movement, public space, landscape and infrastructure.

  3. End-to-end project delivery integrating design, engineering, costing, procurement and construction.

  4. Coordinated structural, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC and allied MEP design for efficient and buildable projects.

  5. BIM-based multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, documentation and integrated project delivery.

  6. Early-stage planning covering area programmes, site potential, feasibility, phasing and preliminary cost assessments.

  7. Custom furniture, objects and products designed specifically for the project, space or user.

  8. Design research supported by 3D visualization, material studies, simulations and digital tools.

  9. Installations, exhibitions and pavilions, and immersive virtual spaces and walkthroughs that let people experience a design before it is built.
